By accessing or using PreMind ("the Service") at premind.cc or the associated Telegram bot (@premind_op_bot), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

PreMind is an AI-powered analytics platform that scans breaking news and generates signals for prediction markets including Polymarket, Kalshi, and Opinion. The Service provides:

• Real-time AI news-to-signal analysis
• Whale order flow tracking and anomaly detection
• Cross-platform prediction market aggregation
• Telegram bot push notifications

All content provided by PreMind — including AI signals, probability estimates, confidence scores, and whale tracking data — is for informational and research purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of advice.

Prediction markets involve significant risk. You may lose all funds you commit. PreMind makes no guarantees about signal accuracy, market outcomes, or profitability. Past accuracy rates do not guarantee future performance.

Always conduct your own research. Never commit more than you can afford to lose.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using PreMind, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

Prediction markets may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.

PreMind offers two service tiers:

• Free Tier: Access to AI signals with a 4-hour delay, limited to 3 signals per day via Telegram push. Full signal history viewable on the web dashboard.
• Pro Tier: Real-time push notifications, unlimited signals, and full whale alert access. Requires a subscription payment in cryptocurrency.

We reserve the right to modify the features available at each tier or adjust pricing with reasonable notice.

Pro subscriptions are paid in cryptocurrency (USDT/USDC on supported chains). By submitting a payment transaction hash, you represent that the funds are legally obtained and that the transaction is valid.

Subscriptions are non-refundable due to the nature of digital services delivered immediately upon activation. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes at our discretion.

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must manually renew before expiry to maintain Pro access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to engage in illegal activities
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or replicate the Service's data or algorithms
• Redistribute PreMind signals or content commercially without prior written consent
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent free-tier limitations
• Abuse the Telegram bot with automated queries or spam

All content, algorithms, UI designs, and branding of PreMind are the intellectual property of PreMind. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PreMind and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or trading losses arising from your use of or reliance on the Service.

PreMind's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active Pro subscribers of significant changes via Telegram.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or if necessary, binding arbitration.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
