PreMind ("we", "our", "us") operates premind.cc and the associated Telegram bot (@premind_op_bot). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.
We are committed to data minimalism — we collect only what is necessary to provide AI prediction market signals and operate our platform.
Information We Collect
1. Telegram Authentication Data
When you log in via Telegram OAuth, we receive and store:
- Telegram user ID (numeric identifier)
- First name and username (if public)
- Profile photo URL (if public)
We do not receive your phone number or private Telegram messages.
2. Usage Data
We may collect anonymous usage analytics, including:
- Pages visited and features used
- Device type, browser, and general location (country-level)
- Interaction events (signal views, bot opens)
This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you personally.
3. Payment Information
Pro subscription payments are processed via on-chain crypto transactions. We collect only the transaction hash you provide for verification. We do not process or store credit card or bank account information.
4. Telegram Bot Interactions
When you interact with our Telegram bot, your Telegram user ID and message content are processed to respond to your requests. Message content is not stored beyond the session required to generate a response.
How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate your identity and maintain your session
- To determine your subscription tier (Free vs. Pro) and deliver appropriate signal access
- To send AI signal push notifications via Telegram (based on your subscription and preferences)
- To improve our AI models and signal accuracy through anonymous usage patterns
- To prevent abuse and maintain service security
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Retention
We retain account data (Telegram ID, subscription status) for as long as your account is active. Anonymous analytics data is retained for up to 12 months. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us via Telegram.
Third-Party Services
Our service integrates with the following third-party platforms:
- Telegram — Authentication and bot messaging. Governed by Telegram's Privacy Policy.
- Google Analytics — Anonymous usage analytics. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
- Polymarket, Kalshi, Opinion — Public market data fetched via their APIs. No personal data is shared with these platforms on your behalf.
- OpenAI — News analysis to generate market signals. News content is processed but not linked to individual user identities.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies and local storage to maintain your language preference and authentication session. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Opt out of non-essential analytics

Security
